Dickie have done this in practice.

GREAT SITE (to who ever owns this), great content, and you've won another repeat visitor. Personally I think Usain Bolt can run 9.5 dead or under. Is that believable? Well consider this, I've watched the video in slow motion several times and he appears to begin to ease up at just over the 65 metre mark (even in slow-mo it's hard to tell the exact distance). So for approximately the last 30m HE IS SLOWING DOWN at a point when most sprinters are just aiming to get going!
I think Usain probably can crack 9.5 and rumour has he may already have done so in practice. In Bejing he was also rumoured to have been tested some 30+ times for drugs. As nothing showed, (nor will it I doubt), does this not smack of Johnson/Lewis. If I was Usain I'd not only be giving a blood sample, I'd be staying alongside it in the lab until it was tested to make sure there was no interference from a "unknown person" (In the case of Lewis vs Johnson? who knows but the truth is coming) .
The only reason he's not run faster yet is that the sponsorship money will rise each time he sets a faster mark. Mind you can't blame him for that:- ).
Anyone remember the second man to run a 4 min mile? Thought not? Doubt Usain Bolt will want to go down as the second man under 9.5

Thank you for such a nice comment. You asked who I am, I am Basil Mienie and please feel free to have a look at my other material. www.basil-mienie.com, www.buildingmuscles.org.uk, youtube bazblog, and youtube resultsguru.
I am inclined to agree whith what you say. He certainly did slow down and from a long way out. I would love to know what the time would have been if he had pushed right through the line. He defies all the norms for height and build that are required of a sprinter. I think he could set times that could stand for many many years to come. He has certainly put a few past runners in their place.
Once again than you for visiting my site.
